Low Carb Nutrition
Low Carb nutrition is the first line of defense against deadly diseases such as cardiac disease, Type 2 diabetes, cancer, and Alzheimer’s, as well as the prevention and/or reversal of serious chronic conditions like high blood pressure. Low Carb can be accomplished simply by eating nutritious whole foods, avoiding processed sugar and processed junk food. Meats high in fat and non-starchy vegetables low in fiber are filling and delicious. They satisfy hunger and decrease appetite.
My goal is to create healthy, easy-to-make, low carb recipes and share them with all who are interested. 🙂
